Lead Tech
As a Lead Water Restoration / Carpet Technician, you will be provided with state of the art equipment and training to perform at the top of your ability. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow. Hours are 8-5 M-S. Full to part time must be able to work 3 days per week or more. Hourly + Commission wages paid weekly. 30 days training
Your responsibilities will include:
• Moving equipment
• Water extraction
• Controlled demolition
• Cleaning of soft goods. Carpet, upholstery, area/oriental rugs, stone tile and grout
• Filling out paperwork, collecting funds
• Creating customer cheerleaders and earning customer referrals
Assistant Tech
As an Assistant Water Restoration / Carpet Technician, you will be provided with state of the art equipment and training to perform at the top of your ability. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow. Compensation is commensurate with experience and performance. Hours are 8-5 M-F. Part-time hours available must be able to give 3 days per week. Hourly wages paid weekly. 30 days training

Job Requirements for Lead and Assistant Tech:
• Physically fit. Both jobs are labor intensive that requires physical ability.
• Desire and aptitude to learn. Continuing education programs is standard policy and a requirement.
• Strong customer service values.
• A neat appearance and attention to detail.
• Background check and a drug test are required.
